A lifetime of wear had shortened this patient's teeth and his entire face as well . Full mouth restoration with twelve upper crowns and eventually twelve lower crowns restored his teeth and his smile.
This patient had old plastic bonding that was discolored and decay was getting under the material. She really wanted a cosmetic improvement. With ten new porcelain crowns I was able to provide her with a beautiful healthy smile free of decay. The new crowns are much stronger than bonding, more appropriately shaped for her face, and the beautiful whiter shade she wanted.
